The Islamist Hamas organization is testing locally-made M75 missiles that can reach Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, according to military sources. The medium-to-long range missiles were used against Israel by the terrorist organization during last year’s eight-day Pillar of Defense counter terrorist operation in Gaza. The M75s, produced using Iranian technology and assembled with Iranian parts, were fired at the Knesset in Jerusalem, but missed the target. Instead, at least one landed in Gush Etzion, exploding on the outskirts of an Arab village. The locally-produced missiles were also fired at Rishon Letzion.
